At Hjällsnäs Eco Camp we fire up the glowing fire bowls and prepare the wood‑heated sauna for anyone who wants to unwind. You can also challenge each other in the Wilderness Challenge, either as a team activity or individual contests. When it is time to eat, you gather around the open flames to grill our local Wilderness Burgers and enjoy the calm of nature together. This outdoor after work brings your team closer, restores energy and creates memories that last long after you return to the office.
We are on site throughout your visit and take care of all logistics, so you can focus on enjoying nature, each other, and the calming atmosphere. The experience suits both small and large companies looking for a nature‑based corporate activity near Gothenburg, with a sense of wilderness, safety, and warmth in every detail.
Wilderness After Work – This is how it works
- Gathering in Gråbo Centre 16:00We meet at the spacious parking area outside COOP in Gråbo Centre. This is where our shared journey into the wilderness begins. The meeting time can be adjusted to suit your needs. For a smoother and more sustainable experience, we encourage carpooling.
- Further Transport: When everyone has gathered, we drive together for about 4 km to a scenic parking area right at the edge of the forest.
- Parking: You park safely at a small forest‑side parking area, where the cars remain for the duration of the activity.
- Final Forest Walk (750 meters) From the parking area, a short and calming walk through the forest awaits. The terrain can be slightly uneven, so we recommend wearing stable and comfortable shoes.
- Accessibility: The experience takes place in a forest area where the terrain can be uneven and slightly hilly in places. The walk from the parking area is approximately 750 meters. We are on site throughout the visit and are happy to assist if anyone in the group needs extra support or adjustments.
What’s included
- Your Wilderness Hub – the Base Camp: This is where we spark a glowing fire, come together, slow down and let the adventure unfold. In case of rain, we provide shelter so the mood remains calm, cosy and protected.
- A wood‑fired sauna tent for 6–8 people, located right beside the water. Settle into the warmth, take in the scenery and cool off with an invigorating dip in the lake. Outside, a simple relaxation space invites you to pause and unwind between sessions.
- Wilderness Challenge: Forest Fun and Team Spirit
- Wilderness Burgers Over the Open Fire: After the sauna and the team challenges, hunger tends to arrive with full force. Gather around the fire and grill your own wilderness burger, choosing from local beef, lamb, fire‑grilled cheese or a vegan option. A flavour experience worthy of the wild.
