Sleeping in a tree tent from TENTSILE, lets you skip the cones, roots, uneven ground, and dampness. Instead, you sleep softly, comfortably, and right in the heart of nature; if the weather permits, remove the rainfly and lie back to gaze up into the treetops, a moment that feels like sleeping under the open sky. Simply wonderful.

The tents are anchored between three tree trunks, about one meter off the ground, and entering them is as effortless as sitting down in a hammock. Sleeping in a tree tent is a unique experience. The way we invite you to enjoy nature is far more comfortable than ordinary camping.

The experience, step by step;

• Access to the site: From 15:00 on the day you arrive. Enjoy the experience all the way until 12:00 the next day, when it’s time to check out, refreshed and inspired.
• Personal welcome: Check‑in is between 15:00 and 17:00 at the arranged meeting point, and from there we make our way together to Hjällsnäs Eco Camp, where your overnight adventure begins.
• Introduction to your wilderness adventure: We guide you through the site and all the equipment you’ll be using. You’ll feel well‑prepared, at ease, and ready to enjoy a refreshing outdoor getaway.
• Enjoy the evening: Settle in by the campfire, share conversations, laughter, and a bit of cooking, and take in the calm surroundings.
• The morning is yours: Wake up to the peace and quiet of nature, accompanied by birdsong. When your stomach starts to rumble, it’s time to light the “breakfast fire” (a gas option is available) and ease into the day at your own pace. With us, stress is forbidden — but enjoying yourself is absolutely allowed.

What’s included

• Accommodation in a set up tree tent: A sleeping pad is included, but please bring your own sleeping bag.
• A cosy *breakfast moment: Quick and easy to make over the *
  open fire as the day begins.
• All the cooking gear you’ll need is available here with us.
• Forest toilet (separett); A cosy and safe toilet solution in the forest
• Forest pantry: Here you’ll find everything you need for a full day in the woods, including fresh water.
• You’ll find benches and tables by the campfire, as well as cosy, warm blankets.
• Safety box: Equipped with basic first aid.

*We always respect your dietary preferences; please inform us when making your booking.
*A gas alternative is provided if you don’t wish to start a fire.

Basecamp, always included in your booking: The social hub. Here you share the space with other guests and have easy access to the pantry, sauna and the camp’s sense of community. Perfect if you appreciate comfort and meeting like‑minded people.

The View; Add‑on, Price 550 SEK
For anyone longing for calm and solitude. Here you stay without neighbours, overlooking the beautiful Lake Mjörn, a place with an exceptional view. Chairs and a table are set up for you.

The Forest Retreat; Optional, Price 550 SEK

A peaceful hideaway with a strong sense of nature. The Forest Retreat sits apart from the basecamp, elevated and embraced by woodland. You’ll stay here in full solitude, with nothing but nature around you. Chairs and a small table are available at the location.

*Sleeping bag and dinner can easily be arranged by booking them with us, so you don’t have to carry more than necessary!
