Booking Conditions

(applies to all bookings made after 2026‑01‑01)

For the purpose of these conditions, all services will be referred to as ‘booking/bookings’.

All bookings are made with Pevon Ecoturism AB, a tour operator based in Sweden with corporate identity number 559211-2527, VAT SE559211252701

  • Pevon Ecoturism AB shall hereinafter be referred to as ‘we/us’
  • All information provided on the website is, to the best of our knowledge or belief, accurate at the time of publication.
  • We will inform you of any fundamental changes that we believe will significantly impact your experience with us.
  • All information and images on the website are owned by us or our partners and may not be copied without permission.
  • We are not responsible for the booking of any third‑party experiences.
  • Remember that it is always your own responsibility to ensure that you have travel and health insurance.

IMPORTANT!

When booking an overnight stay in our Eco Camp, the person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring that any fire is handled and extinguished correctly and safely. This includes following our recommendations, respecting any fire bans, and using all equipment according to our guidelines.

In cases of clear negligence or theft, the person responsible for the booking or the booking company will be liable for any damages or lost equipment.


Private Individuals:

Booking and Payment

  • When you book directly online, you confirm your reservation by providing your chosen payment method to complete the booking.
  • For bookings made via email or personal contact, a booking confirmation with an invoice will be sent to you. If payment is not received by us by the due date, the booking will be considered cancelled.
  • Each item is listed inclusive of VAT in Swedish Kronor (SEK).
  • In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
  • In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you must consent to us registering your personal data. You have the right to have your data erased.
  • You consent to us sending you a booking confirmation and follow-up emails. We will not send newsletters or other emails after your visit with us.
  • A binding agreement is entered into when you accept our purchasing terms and conditions. Upon receipt of a booking, a booking confirmation will automatically be sent via email with information regarding your reservation.

Amendment

You can amend your booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have purchased our rebooking protection, you can reschedule your experience up to 3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged 15% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Additional Information

  • You may reschedule your booking to any date up to 3 days before the start, if rebooking protection has been purchased.
  • In the event of illness, the full amount will be refunded upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

Corporate Bookings

Booking and Payment

  • For corporate bookings, a quotation and booking confirmation will be sent by email. The booking becomes binding once the quotation has been approved in writing.
  • Together with the order confirmation, an invoice for a deposit of at least 25% of the total booking cost will be issued.
  • A final invoice for the remaining amount will be sent after the event has taken place. Payment is due 10 days from the invoice date. Interest is charged at 2% per month on late payments.
  • All prices are stated in SEK excluding VAT.
  • Any adjustments to the number of participants must be made no later than 1 week before arrival.

Cancellations for Corporate Clients

  • Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date will be charged 25% of the total cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival will be charged 75% of the total cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Gift Vouchers

  • The purchase of gift vouchers must always be paid for directly, either online or via Swish.
  • Gift vouchers are a valuable document with a unique code and can only be redeemed once.
  • No VAT is charged at the point of sale of the gift voucher.
  • VAT is accounted for only when the gift voucher is redeemed.
  • The gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  • You can always cancel your gift voucher purchase and receive a full refund if you contact us within one week (7 days) of the purchase date.

Additional Information

  • All outdoor activities are weather-dependent.
  • If we are forced to cancel an activity due to extreme weather conditions, an alternative activity suitable for the current conditions may be provided.
  • Please note that changes may occur on short notice, even on the same day.

Booking of Events at Your Own Address/Location

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us about accessibility and driving conditions to the selected location. If we cannot access the desired site for camp setup, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for transporting equipment beyond 10 meters. If the address is unreachable, we reserve the right to cancel the event and receive full payment. If fines or legal actions arise, we cannot be held liable if the customer has chosen the location independently.


Points for Guests to Consider

  • The contact information you provide us with when making a booking is our sole means of contacting you. Please ensure that it is accurate
  • Please read your confirmation carefully and check that all dates/times and products/services are booked according to your requirements. If not, please contact us immediately to correct any misunderstandings.
  • When booking, please inform us if you have any disabilities, food allergies, or other impairments that might be useful for us to know about. Please specify any special requirements you may need prior to arrival.
  • When travelling to us, it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance. Please review your insurance coverage and ensure you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers illness, accidents, and repatriation.

Any Complaints / Faults

Any complaints or faults that arise during your stay must be reported immediately to our staff. If you have not reported any complaints or faults during your stay, and have thereby neglected to give us the opportunity to correct any errors, you cannot claim compensation retrospectively.


Force majeure

Force Majeure means unusual, unforeseeable, and unavoidable events beyond the control of the organiser, which prevent the agreement from being fulfilled. Circumstances that the organiser could not reasonably have foreseen, avoided, or overcome. Including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riots, civil disobedience or strikes, government action, acts of terrorism, natural or industrial disaster, fire, severe weather conditions, flooding, closed airports/harbours, technical issues, maintenance problems, or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as schedule changes, interruptions in IT infrastructure (including but not limited to our website). Under these conditions, the organiser is free from liability or other consequences.


Right to Amendments

We reserve the right to change times, prices, payment, booking, or discount conditions at any time. Prices for upcoming seasons are always preliminary and subject to change.
