          • What is “Forest Life with Comfort”?
          • “Forest Life with Comfort” is our ready‑made nature package where everything is prepared for your arrival — from tree tents and a firepit to dinner, breakfast, and a sauna tent. You can read more about both packages here: Forest Live with Comfort

          • Is food included in the price?
          • Breakfast is always included in your booking. Our Eldmat packages are always included when you book one of the Forest Life with Comfort packages. For other types of bookings, meal packages are optional extras that you can easily add during the booking process.

          • What happens if the weather is bad?
          • The experience takes place in all weather conditions. If you are sensitive to weather, we recommend adding a rescheduling guarantee. This gives you the option to move your booking once, up to 3 days before your experience.
            In cases of extreme weather or fire bans, we may need to reschedule or adjust the setup. We will contact you if anything affects your booking.

          • If a participant can’t attend
          • Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll be flexible and do our best to find a solution that suits everyone. See our cancellation policy for full details.

          • Can I make a group booking?
          • Absolutely. We accept both small and large groups; send the number of participants and we’ll customise the setup.

                • Is it possible to add food?
                • Yes, that’s possible when you make your reservation.

                • What is a rebooking guarantee?
                • You can purchase it at the time of booking to reschedule your experience up to 3 days beforehand. If you don’t buy the guarantee, changes must be made at least 14 days in advance.

                • I don’t want to book a package — can I just add the things I want?
                • Yes, you can. You’re welcome to add exactly the extras you want, such as meal packages, sauna, a rescheduling guarantee, extra equipment, or a more private spot.
