Project
Our work grows through a long‑term and collaborative process, where different initiatives weave together to strengthen nature tourism in West Sweden. Together with Leader funding and local partners, we shape guest experiences that help keep the countryside alive.
Our development efforts include creating new activities, improving our digital services, and testing new ways of engaging with guests in nature. We also work to strengthen local partnerships and highlight the cultural heritage, landscapes, and sustainable open‑fire cooking that make this region unique. Every process contributes to a greater whole, with the goal of offering authentic, sustainable, and memorable nature experiences for residents and visitors alike.

Ongoing:
Development of a site for nature tourism
The purpose of this initiative is to develop and expand our own nature‑tourism business. By increasing the possibilities and capacity at a new location, we can create more activities, events, and overnight experiences. It also enables extended summer grazing and collaboration with local entrepreneurs and the community, contributing to a more vibrant rural area.

Completed work:
Digitalisation 2.0 (implemented in 2024 and completed)
The purpose of this project was to transform our digital presence and brand through comprehensive digital communication efforts, making full use of modern technology and digital tools.

Sauna tent with lakeside relaxation (implemented in 2023 and completed)
In spring 2023, this initiative allowed us to create a sauna experience with a peaceful relaxation area by Lake Mjörn, giving guests a calm and nature‑close place to unwind.
